Human Resource Assistant

Responsibilities:
Is responsible in the in the documentation, preparation and filing of all necessary records or forms pertinent to personnel, recruitment, and training.
Requirements:
Education
BS Psychology, AB Behavioral Science graduate o its equivalent
Experience
At least 1 year related work experience in recruitment & selection, training facilitation, and other core functions of human resource management
Skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
Must possess sound customer service handling (demand, conflict, etc)
Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding service and the ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Must have leadership, intra/interpersonal relationship, analytical, and facilitative skills.
Others
Between 23 to 35 years old
Preferably female
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
