TO FILL THE POSITION OF:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female, between 25 to 32 years old
Graduate of any 4 year business course
With 2-5 years experience in Human Resource covering Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Job Evaluation and Manpower Administration.
Exposure in other facets of HR is an advantage
A self starter and with a high sense of responsibility
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Have good numerical, analytical & problem solving skills.
Possesses good negotiation, customer service and public relation skills
With above average interpersonal/communication skills.
Independent minded with balanced judgment and high integrity
Technical knowledge in Labor relation, labor laws/standards is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point Applications
