Administers and maintains Warranty registrations, claims, inquiries and records within Caterpillar and Allied products, warranty guidelines and product problem management practices with the objective of providing technical assistance to service and Sales BU for the fulfillment of the company’s service obligations to its Clients and Customers and to replenish Dealer expense acquired during warranty period.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering course with 2 years related work experience.Computer Literate, Basic Diesel Engine System, Basic Knowledge in Engine & Electrical Diagnostic Tools, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills, Analytical Skills, Customer Orientation
