General Manager : Bioccielo Realty
BIOCIELO REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a newly organized corporation has recently acquired a 25-hectare land in Mabuhay, General Santos City. This memorial park will cater to the most modern memorial park facilities and services that will be first in the South Cotabato and North Cotabato areas.
We are seeking for a General Manager to direct and lead the operations of its memorial park located in General Santos City.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure that a premier level of client satisfaction is provided that exceeds the expectations of our client families.
Achieve the financial goals of the location while executing the marketing strategies of the organization in collaboration with the sales team.
Develop and maintain a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to strive for performance excellence.
Develop the business in such a way that we are the provider of choice in the area.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Ability to analyze financial reports to determine actions necessary to maintain and/or improve the location’s performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Active participation in community organizations.
Significant managerial experience gained from a memorial park operations.
Willing to work or be assigned at General Santos City.

Position: Head, Training and Organizational Development
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science , Human Resource Management or any Business courses, preferably with post graduate degree or units;
At least 3 years experience of managerial or supervisory experience in training development, organizational development, performance management, succession management, policy development/ process re engineering, change management, strategic management;
Has knowledge on training needs analysis, module design, and workshop implementation;
Has good presentation, public-speaking, facilitation, and coaching skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills;
With strong project management skills;
Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization

Position: Head, Safety and Security
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Criminology or any Business Course.
At least 3 years experience of managerial or supervisory experience in security and safety management gained from a manufacturing or wholesale/retail industry;
Preferably a Certified Security Professional;
With good knowledge and skills in risk management assessment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills;
Possesses the ability to effectively provide liaison role with local enforcement to assist investigation of accidents, thefts and property loss;
Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization;
Proficient in MS Office;
Willing to be assigned or work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato
