Global Forwarding Co., Inc is a cargo forwarding company providing total transportation services covering land, air and sea freight for local and international shipments. The company looking for Customer Service Staff who will assist our clients in handling their cargoes:
To be considered for this position, you must fit the following profile:
➢ Must have a college degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Customs Administration or other business related courses. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
➢ Excellent customer service & communication skills.
➢ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear, positive and professional manner with high level of English proficiency.
➢ Result oriented and proactive, able to manage projects throughout;
➢ More than anything we are looking for people with a drive to succeed.
➢ Shall assist the customer with their shipment bookings.
➢ Shall book shipments with the shipping.
➢ Shall prepare export declaration and other export documents.
➢ Shall follow-up and assist shippers on container cut-off and loading.
➢ Shall submit report on daily transactions.
