Qualifications
Graduate of a two-year secretarial course
Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures
Computer literate
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Ability to communicate at all levels (executive director, officers and staff, foreign visitors, farmers)
Fluency in Cebuano, Filipino and English
Has a pleasant personality and neat appearance
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome guests, greet them cheerfully, and offer them seats and drinks
Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages
Receive, record and distribute mails to appropriate staff
Develop and maintain an accurate filing system
Maintain directory of external and internal contacts
Keep tracks of schedule of staff
Provide travel arrangement (hotel, flight booking)
Assist in organizing office events (book venue, meal requirements, print/photocopy materials)
Manage inventory of office supplies
Photocopy and scan documents
Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby
Perform other related duties as required
