College Graduate
With relevant work experience a plus
Microsoft Office literate
Ability to understand and grasp basic customer information
Ability to handle diverse people
Ability to cope up with difficult customer situations
Should be able to analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions
Ability to make effective use of resources
Excellent selling skills
Must possess excellent English communication skills
Must have solid problem solving skills
Can multi-task
