BUILDING MANAGER (DAVAO CITY)
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for the over-all management of the assigned property and supervision of on-site staff to ensure efficient and effective building operation. He/She represents the company in the assigned property.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of Engineering, Business Management or has completed a Certification Program in Property/Building Management from a reputable school.
Required skill(s): must be knowledgeable in financial management, with excellent communication skills, computer literate,
Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Property Management, Facilities Maintenance and General Administrative Services of either commercial or residential buildings or villages.
Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
